Nature of the service

Rocky Point Air Club is not an airline, nor does it provide air transportation services directly. The club acts exclusively as an organizer of demand. Enrollment does not constitute a transportation contract and does not guarantee the immediate availability of flights.

Privacy Policy

The information collected via our registration form (name, email, phone, city, and property status) will be used solely to:

• Evaluate and structure route demand.
• Develop the project's operational feasibility.
• Communicate with future founding members.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. The club does not sell personal information and does not share data with third parties without explicit consent, except when necessary for technical operations or legal requirements.

Current phase of the project

Currently, the project is in the demand validation and operational development phase. Flights are not being sold at this stage. In the event of future activation of operations, these will be performed by certified airlines under applicable U.S. regulations.
